    Food poisoning? OP doesn't mention throwing up or having the runs so why do you think that?

          Food poisoning symptoms vary with the source of contamination. And I am not going to get into an argument with you since you seem to know more than the Mayo clinic.

            That's funny, did I say that? I've often heard of and personally encountered food poisoning with only vomiting, but never without. Some gastric viruses or infections yes, but not actual poisoning from contaminated food.

      Yeah I didn't throw up or anything. I didn't even eat anything other than like a couple of oranges for the past two days.

        Well you need to eat more than that! Try some plain boiled rice if you're still not feeling well and LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER ....
