You should have a girls night and give her a make over and then in a nice way tell her how to fix these problems. It's worth it to have that close relationship with your sister intact and that will help you see clues that might mean other things are wrong. if u think that then you should get her some help. I would do that for my little sisters. and sometimes it could be a faze. My sis went through something like this. She cleans herself now. Good luck
