Why can't we use upper case letters in the subject?

Sometimes when I post in IIN, I'll put in a celebrity's name in the subject, and the uppercase letters are replaced with lower case letters. Why?

    It's probably based on an algorithm that determines what's commonly capitalized by the user base

    I've tried Swyping a few words that don't register as being the intended Swype that are real, tangible words and don't have a red line when I manually type it out, I think maybe they can save space or something maybe if they don't have literally *every* English word in predictive text
