Why can't sleep

I don't understand why I can't sleep until I put cream on my feet. I can't sleep if I feel my feet dry or hot, in order to do so I have to apply cream on my feat. Why is that?

  • Try yawning before you sleep.

Picture a person in your head yawning, because yawning is contagious you will yawn as well.

After you yawn, it will make you feel like going to sleep.

Even if it's a half-yawn (mine never make a sound anymore, which is odd, started years ago).

probably a mild sensory integration disorder. it's not that uncommon to have things like that. just do what you have to. it's not a big deal.

about the hot feet it could be quite 'normal' or it could be related to an underlying sickness you can go old school and wash your feet with cold water or lukewarm water before sleeping if you dont want to seek help

If they are uncomfortable unless your put moisturizer on there, then they are dry. Dry skin on feet is one of the most common places.
