Unpopular opinion: somehow we should nationally focus less on the political party titles, and more on the content they are pandering to us.
I feel like its gotten to the point where people will vote because they see the candidate is “democrat” and “hey Im also a democrat.” (I know its not that bad) i have a lot of millennial friends who just didnt vote last election because the candidates were too sucky, but if they had put an ounce of research into what each person was saying, im sure they could have found a reason to choose at least one of the two evils.
I agree. The two big political parties both suck, anyway. I, personally, am a supporter of the constitution party, but I don't like voting for someone just because they're from a party. At least the constitution party has very strict guidelines for their candidates' beliefs.
