The main reason why is simple:
Judaism is a comparatively small religion. The number of practicing Jews is less than that of Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, Chinese folk religions and Sikhs. Where are all the Chinese religious people? Where are all the Sikhs? Where are the Buddhists? There aren't many Muslims here either.
Of course the IIN audience isn't evenly distributed across the world - there are many more people with English as their first language than otherwise since this is an English language website, there are more people from the US, UK and Australia than elsewhere. So, focusing on these countries:
- in the US only about 1.5% are practicing Jews
- in the UK and Australia only 0.5% are practicing Jews. That's a pretty small amount of the potential site visitors.
As for those ethnically Jewish but not religiously so, why would they announce the fact unless it was relevant? And round these parts, it's rarely relevant.
So I would conclude the most obvious reason for a low number of Jewish visitors is because there aren't that many Jewish people to visit. Other subcultural or religious reasons are pure speculation.
