A popular misconception. The heath care is not free. That's why it's so expensive to live there. If you do the math, you end up paying about 10 times the amount for health care, as compared to the States, you just pay it through taxation, which has created a bloated bureaucracy. Plus the service has diminished in quality. many of the best Canadian doctors and nurses moving to the States.
Why are people still so stupid, with all this access to information?
