Depends on what you call dancing. You see very few blacks in ballet or ballroom dancing. If you live in the USA and your idea of dancing is bar or nightclub then maybe but don't underestimate the Hispanic or Latinos.
I cant dance to normal music but put on some classical and me and my partner will show some moves... if the moves include gracefully dancing together I mean.

Ah fair point, maybe that has something to do with just not having interest in it, or it not being cultural to them
