I can understand not feeling good about what he's doing and being a little jealous. That's natural, especially if you were together for four years. But you should absolutely not act on it and do your best not to think about it. You probably feel this way because you thought you knew him better and now you're questioning what other kinds of fucked up things he does/did.
Nothing good can come of you obsessive over this. You need to forget about it and move on and let him do his thing, regardless of whether or not you approve.
