You obviously have feelings for him because you don't want to hurt he's feelings. You are probably not over him yet since you both went out for a long time. Plus you did break up so maybe subconsciously you feel there is a possibility of you and your boyfriend to be together again.
or just the fact of her using your ex like that makes you angry.
