Why am i smelling burning plastic and no one around does

I've been smelling burning plastic or chemicals or even a dump fire ive asked other people around me if they smell it as well and they don't I've been smelling this for 2 days straight and it's constant every second every minute for 48 hours now it gives me headaches. I am a quadriplegic for 7 years (only half my lungs work) smoker for 16 years and am wondering if that has anything to do with it. Please no rude judgment of being a smoker.

    I would visit your gp or maybe even your local a&e dept, given your health conditions already I think it would be the best thing to do, smelling burning ect is a sign maybe something is going on in the brain, I would seek medical attention just to rule a few things out

    Turns out I was having an allergic reaction to a new medication

    I had a friend who had headaches, and smelled things that weren't there.
