Whose opinion is more important for you?

None of those apply to me.

Considering that my husband pays half of the bills and could quite possibly mean the difference between my living out the rest of my life in a happy, nuclear family or my living as an impoverished single Mother, I am going to go with "partner's opinion".

My Mom is great and she has a lot of wisdom to share, but she doesn't pay my bills or anything like that.

My partner isn't allowed to have an opinion. That motherfucker is my property!

My mother's opinions are infantile at best and I don't mean that spitefully; it's a fact.

If I had a partner, their opinion would be more important.

Mum is lovely, but she and I don't really think alike about a lot of things, and she doesn't think things through like I do.
