As much as I feel that nobody deserves to beat on just because I don't like them, If I had to choose I would say L. Ron Hubbard, the founder of Scientology. He was quoted saying the best way to make money is to start a religion. Scientology will take you for however much money you've got, and they make you avoid taking any medications, claiming that raising your operating thetan level (An expensive process) will cure that. They also encourage cutting ties with all non scientologists, and are known to use many classic brainwashing techniques, such as tearing someone down, and giving them a little bit back at a time.
Watch The Green Mile if you want some satisfaction in this area. Such a good movie where the bad guys get what they deserve.

He lied to the American people about the WMD's and sent thousands of young Americans to a pointless death, never mind the countless others who died in his needless war, just so his cronies could get richer and he could feel important.

Sadam HATED Al-Qaeda more than he hated the US. They could not operate in Iraq, period. Any member of Al-Qaeda found in Iraq was summarily executed, without trial.
Not that he was a good man or leader, but our invasion gave Al-Qaeda a new place to operate, seek members and support.

The invasion was one of the worst things we could have done in the war on terror. We cut off our nose to spite our face, so to speak.
No one, for some reason violence makes me ill even thinking about someone gtting hurt or treated badly makes me sick. But I do not like "bad guys" or anyone who hurts other people, I think thwy so diserve to be punished but I just don't want to know about it. Just tell me that justicw was served. Therefore. i don't wish violence on anyone
