"A guy who's not afraid to be himself no matter what" I think is the best option since he's not trying to impress you by being 'fake'. Why fall inlove with someone who is fake? Everything gets ruined in the long run and doesn't work out.
From my experience, a man like that is usually unwilling to compromise. He has a huge list of 'the ways life is supposed to be' for himself and if you don't fit into your role perfectly...well then he'll be brutally honest there too.
