Just curios how many people actually believe that the world is going to end this year according to the lions calender because it runs out, dun...dun...DUN :O

      Ha! I never even noticed that. Someone appears to have misheard the word "Mayan" as "lion". Let's hope they never hear Bob Marley sing Iron, Lion, Zion. :D

    Hmm.. I, certainly, hope so. The end of the world would be pretty epic.

    But, I wouldn't bet on some stupid prophecy, so probably on January 1st, 2013 I'll just pick up my bag and shuffle to the gym.

    Just like it was supposed to end last year? And in 2000? And in '98?

    If we think we are going to die because of an outdated calender, that speaks a lot about our intelligence. What if some dude finds one of our calenders in 1000 years and is all like "Oh shit, it ends after December! We are all going to die in December!".

    I wish it'd end in 2012, but I can't bring myself to believe it.
    Must admit it'd somewhat feel nice to die along with the rest of the world instead of dying "alone".

    The Mayan Calendar and the world ending in 2012 have literally nothing to do with one another. It's just that people here in the Western world have an obsession with dying so we're looking for any excuse we can to be scared.
