Rip Roger Lloyd Pack, he was amazing as trigger in only fools and horses :(
RIP. Also in vicar of dibs, but only fools and horses was my favourite.
Trigger: And that's what I've done. Maintained it for 20 years. This old broom's had 17 new heads and 14 new handles in its time.
Sid: How the hell can it be the same bloody broom then?
Trigger: Theres the picture. What more proof do you need?
Chivilary's death affected me the most.
Young people these days....*sigh*
Brittney,She was way too young and Sin City was a masterpiece. Benazir was so brave, that was cruel. But I think John Lennon was the person who affected me the most, he sad so much to say.
The ones that have not lived the luxurious lives and not had the opportunity to enjoy living very long are the ones that affect me more than these sort of people who were lucky enough to have been able to have a platform in life.
The ones that nobody cares about and it keeps going on.
One of them dies every 5 minutes for the want of a bit of food..the stuff we have so much of and waste so much of.
Derrick Robie. He might not be famous, but he definitely touched many people's hearts, even though he only lived to be 4 years old. Rest In Peace Derrick <3
Why put "other"? Most people will choose that as otherwise there is a limited amount of choice...
-.-
Ayrton Senna. Don't know why I'd be so affected by the death of a racing driver I'd never met, but he was also a highly intelligent, complex guy and I just went into complete shock. No histrionics, I was just hollowed out and in pain for weeks. I've lost friends and family members, but no other death has ever hit me anything like as hard as the death of Ayrton Senna.
The death of Diana was just an interesting one for me because I had found her rather irritating in the preceding months and seeing her on TV - AGAIN - the evening before she died, I said to the screen, 'I suppose the next thing she'll do is die.' Then watching the funeral I said to the TV, 'I suppose next it'll be Mother Theresa.' This was not a bad bet given Mother Theresa's age, but I was still a little freaked out to be right again. After that I stopped telling my TV who might die.
I mean seriously...no MLK, or Malcolm X, or Robert Kennedy? Your list consists of a comedian, an Australian stingray homicide, and two legitimately great people.
Going by the list, Lennon hands down. Bhutto in second, the other two don't compare whatsoever. I'm surprised no one mentioned Princess Diana, or Hendrix, Belushi, River Phoenix, JFK, Cobain.
I see alot of people mentioning MJ. But...come on.
Personally? Idk. Alexander the Great comes to mind.
Well Heath Ledger kinda affected me the most because he was so young..Also Rich Cronin of LFO..singer of one of my favorite groups when I was younger.
My granddad and aunt...
But out of the ones listed: John Lennon. I wasn't even born when he was killed but I always find myself wishing I'd been alive when he was and it really affected my dad so naturally that has affected me too in some ways.
why would I be affected by the death of someone I didn't know? I wasn't even born when john lennon died, but I'd say that is the most tragic one out of all of those people considering how he was about to change the world for the better.
Nothing as effected me more then My best friend dying, And my bf at the time was such a ass that he kicked me out of the car after I got the call the Ben had died, My ex told me I was overreacting by crying. That made it worse on me. I loved him like my brother. He ment the world to me.
Celebrities come and go from media and it's sad when they die, but nothing is more tragic then losing the best friend you've known since before you could walk, to lose the one person who always held you up and walked by your side no matter what, to lose the one person who loved you for everything you are. I love him and I will never be the same without him.
Steve Irwin. I threw up that whole day when he died. I took Heath Ledgers death really badly too.
