Depends how you look at it. Those women might think that they rule men, because a lot of women can get most men to do whatever they want.
But if you look at the bigger picture and the world of politics, then men, without a doubt.
But I don't think either "rule" the world, like I said above I wouldn't obey someone purely because they are a man. Or a women. Therefore, neither rule. So I think that's why people were commenting saying, "just humans".
The quesiton wasn't "Can women control the basic man", it was "Who rules the world". I can assure you that females aren't behind every leader of the world telling them how to rule.
Let's not talk to eachother on this subject. You know just as much as I do where it will lead, and I can't be bothered with a repeat of our last discussion; our last discussion is pretty much this one or will soon be the exact same as our last one.
