  • like my brother puts it very well: WWE is like a masculine soap opera.

I've never really been into it. Watched 3-10 episodes at most as a kid. But I only got into that because their WWE series on the PS2 was bloody awesome to play with 4 players

  • When I was like 12 I loved it. Then It just got predictable
    and obvious

  • I cannot understand why anyone would watch it. Not only is it incredibly BORING and repetitive (exactly the same every week, just different players) it makes no sense once you understand that it's completely scripted. They aren't athletes, they are well muscled actors only, and not very good actors at that.

    • I agree with all of that but some are athletes at least in a gymnastic sense. If baseball players are athletes, so are pro wrestlers.

    • I think the fact that it's scripted has become obvious and common knowledge in the last decade.

  • When I was young. Back in the mid to late 90s when they were pushing limits. I saw a few minutes recently and considered suicide.

  • I used to be obsessed with WWE programming growing up. I still watch it, but it's not as exciting as it used to be.

  • it has its moments

  • I could never get into it. I tried watching it with my redneck neighbors a few times and just thought it was extremely boring.
