I think he was referencing biden. Who according to his long political career did not help the african American people.

Not defending him. Just clarifying what he could of meant.

I think he was referencing that biden has done way more harm to black people than trump actually did. Trumps black unemployment rate was the lowest in recorded history.

I think the African american community could do better when it comes to accountability. When 80% of of blacks being born dont have a father in a house hold god know how bad that culture has been worn down. Two parent household have been known to drastically be more beneficial to a child both in a mental facility as well as economically.

As a black man trying to make it in this world, and in this stock market, I have become very familiar with the net worth of characters like Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity and Rupert Murdoch, all of whom are outspoken trump supporters and wealthy beyond the wildest dreams of a black man, trying to make it in this world.

I think you are entitled to your opinion, young lady, and I am glad to hear that you have strong convictions, but i think you are exhibiting some irrational teenaged thoughts by blaming my opinion on the influence of wealthy white people, when the statistics make it very clear which direction that demographic tends to vote towards.

You truly remind me of my angry daughter. I love her with all my heart, but I have to remind her. Being angry does not excuse a lack of education. I encourage you, little ms, to do your research before you respond.

The censorship of him is abhorrent. "Private" platform or not that private platform has become the commons. We need to regulate them like we did with the power companies. Treat them as utilities, they can still be monopolies but they have to follow concrete rules.

In the military he was correct for doing so. Hell I got kicked out for a chromosomal condition. Was it because they were discriminatory? No they just dont want someone needing constant medications that can impact their performance if they miss a dose.

There's a long history of discrimination towards trans people, even when it has nothing to do with being trans. Tyra Hunter is the most popular case. She was in a car accident and the EMTs stop rendering her aid when they realized she had a penis. She died.

Got to look into that particular case. But sex differences do require different treatments. Males and females require different dosages and medications. Without adjusting for those variables doing so could cause short and long term damages.

After reading, it took place in 1998 which was 23 years ago. I got to say that the lack treatment was abhorrent. That being said that one case is an Ill example of systematic abuse of transpeople.

They stopped entirely because she was trans. They allowed her to die, even after learning she was male. They weren't trying to figure out her sex, cutting off clothes is part of saving people.

They chose to let her die because she was transgender, and also mocked her and called her slurs while she lay there dying.

No. It applied to all LGBT people. And trans people have had constant issues getting basic healthcare, let alone healthcare regarding their transition. Like trans people could be and were being turned away and dying as a result. Obama put the protection in place, Trump removed it, and Biden just very recently re added it.

Yeah it's kinda hard to get healthcare when you have a mental disorder. I'm not for or against it. Solid neutral. Healthcare isnt a human right, though there should be at least A option that doesnt take money from people who dont wanna pay for someone else's reassignment surgery. I'm against a state backed healthcare for that reason. Moral reasons for some not wanting to pay via taxes for other peoples health and mental concerns.

Transitions arent even a guaranteed way to "solve" their plight. They still have extremely high suicide rates before, during, and after. I perfer to help them rather than accept their delusion as reality.

Although the biggest issue was gender referring to sex assigned at birth. Trans people are exceptionally discriminated against by the medical community, not even related to anything regarding their transition. There have been many cases of people refusing to treat trans people for other illnesses and they ended up passing away and it wasn't considered discrimination. It's very important to have regulations against discrimination towards them.

I agreed with most of his policies. I dont like republicans but he was only a republican in name he shit all over the party on his come up. He attacks republicans left and right for their bs. He was really an independent but its next to impossible to get elected president as an independent. The way he talked also reminded me of my supervisors at work. He didnt come off as fake and spoke like a real person. I think guys like Mitt Romney and Marco Rubio come off as FAKE. Also my republican governor always act like that starts every speech with "let us bow our heads in prayer" and always talking about god and shit. He should just admit that hes a scumbag and be real. You gotta be a sketchy bastard to even survive in that world. Hes not fooling anyone.

I belive the only human rights you inherently have are natural rights. The other "rights" you have are assurances a society grants you as a member of said society. Which are not human rights as they pertain to being apart of something rather being inherent to people no matter the location.

That's why you need to work for it. It's not free until someone gives it to you for free. Stealing isnt free. It's free for you but the person you are taking from is at a loss.

It's understandable to why someone steals out of sustenance. Doesnt make it morally ok.

How can you not see that sustenance is another matter entirely to existance. Someone doesnt have the inherent right to kill you, unless it was fighting for your own life.

    Comment Hidden ( show )
  • LloydAsher

Someone physically attacks you, You can fight back. That's physical harm. Sustenance and shelter isnt a right as it requires other people working to provide it. Forcing someone to do work for free is slavery. Buying through work isnt slavery, it's normal commerce. Giving something for free is doing a good thing because you arent required to do it. Doing work to give away for free is amenable. Forcing others to do work for you so you get it for free isnt. That's why it's not a right.

  • LloydAsher

As in freedom to defend yourself from harm. If you are not entitled someone else's property even if you are starving. You look like a bastard but that's where charity tends to come in. You arent entitled in materials other people have to work for, for free. That doesnt make it a right.

I'd agree with that. Personally I dislike Trump and Biden. Trump was shit, but he wasn't quite as shit as the media wanted to paint him. And I don't get why everyone was acting like Biden was going to be so great. They tried to paint him like "the good guy" who was going to save the world from Trump. They are both very wealthy, very old and out of touch dickheads who entirely serve their own interests. Neither of them are/were good at leading the country. They have both been accused of some pretty horrible things behind closed doors.

They're basically the same, as far as I can see.

Trump at least cared for populism and nationalism. Neither are bad traits to have for a leader. We didnt get into anymore wars and there were numerous treaties signed with the help of the trump administration.

What biden is doing is demonizing the side that he beat as well as reinstate failed policies while somehow doing a worst job than trump did with the borders, spending and national security. The "infistructure" bill was 2 trillion dollars yet only 600 million was for actual infistructure costs.
