      It's like normal rap, but instead of talking just about whores and drugs, they usually combine whores, drugs, murder, suicidal thoughts, and other just plain weird stuff in one song. The only way to really know what it is is to look up:
      Sleepwalker by insane clown posse
      Juggalo family by dark lotus

    I have listened to ICP, Twiztid, and Tech N9ne in the past when I was very young and was trying out different things. I don't like most of any of their stuff anymore. ICP and Twiztid have a few alright song when they're not talking about death, drugs, and weird stuff. There is one song that Twiztid sings that I love. It's called Wrong With Me. It's a lot different than most of their stuff.

    I'm not huge into this genre but I do enjoy it. My favorite horror core band is probably Wednesday 13 though, whiiiich isn't rap.
