I'm a female and I voted for women

We are both crazy. Hormones and chemical inbalances affect both sexes. We just act on the impulses differently. And I am grateful for that.

it's a fact that there are more male cases of both madness and genius.
Yet women are more likely to be seen as irrational and emotional. For example if a man makes a snap decision, people would say he's a leader and decisive. When a woman does the same, they'd say she's mad or hormonal.

Women are more likely to be depressed, men are more likely to be alcoholics or have antisocial personalities. Because I don't really class depression as "craziness", I think I'll vote with men. We certainly seem to breed more serial killers.

Is it only me that finds men incredibly complicated?..

Hormones don't make you crazy, it just makes your moods uncontrolable.
If you take a look at the world and it's history then you will see that males are the ones that have been and still are the craziest.

Females have a reason to act crazy, their hormones. If you have a reason for it to happen then it's not that crazy.

Males don't have that though and they still tend to be the most crazy with no reason.

It's not the gender, it's the individual!

Women are crazy in a self destructive kind of way and men are crazy is a violent raging psychopathic kind of way. A women will destroy herself from her own madness. A man will destroy everything and everyone else in his own madness.

If a man is angry and off he will often go hurt someone. If a women is crazy she might blame herself and destroy herself. Why we have more men paedophiles/rapist and more female in abusive relationships and anorexic.

Since women tend to take the pain inward and men push it outward. When people are stressed to this point they only react two ways. They either take it inward and destroy themselves or they go outward and destroy everyone else.

Why the bullied kid in school kills themselves or they shoot up the school. They only have two courses of actions "Kill yourself to escape" or "make everyone suffer with you and take them all to hell in the end".

Which might be due to the nature of the person. We have passive more gentle nature and we have the more aggressive nature. Aggressive will rage and passive will cry hate themselves, the esteem will drop. Women as a whole tend to more passive, while men tend to be more aggressive. Yes this has some exceptions but it is still true for the majority.

In fact this could be shown in S&M. The percent of people who want to be dominated(The sub) is for the most part (Female). We have a very small amount of women which are not but its very small.

If you go to who has the largest percentage of (doms) it tends to be men. Yes they have a small amount which is passive but it does tend to be men.

Now none of this says women can not be paedophiles, rapists, doms its is just a lot more common in men.

Men and women are crazy in two different kind of ways. Men make up most of the serial killers, but women have awful mood swings and hormone reactions.

I read that overall rates of psychiatric disorder are almost identical for men and women, which means we're both as crazy as each other.

Statistically certain mental illnesses are more common amongst one or the other gender:

Women = More likely to suffer from depression and anxiety related disorders.

Men = More likely to suffer from alcohol addiction and antisocial personality disorders.

Men and Women = Both as likely as each other to suffer from bi polar disorder and schizophrenia.

However, you have to also consider that there is gender bias too. Doctors are more likely to diagnose a woman with depression than a man, even if the symptoms and severity are identical. Also there are differences in regard to who seeks help. In other words, statistics give us an idea, but also raise a lot more questions.

'crazy' has nothing to do with gender...

The worst thing about women's hormones is that they fluctuate so much over the course of a month (or menstrual cycle).

It's like a wild roller-coaster, Jekyll this week, Hyde next week.

And the absolute worst thing about it - (most)women are never aware of it themselves. Everyone around them sees it, but they honestly can't see it themselves.

Don't try to convince her, she will deny it to the death (yours). The only thing that MIGHT convince her is video.
