Who else is getting screwed around by customer service or technical support
I am having issues with a few different companies at the moment.
Every god dam time I ring or email I get someone on the other end that can barely speak a word of english, let alone piece together a f*cking understandable sentence.
They all sound like indian or packy robots. "h e l l o mit'r sir.. How m a y I help acomplis &^*%&^%89 *&^*&%&( 8877^*&^%%".
And they keep making mistake, after mistake!
It's like, this is your job and I know so much more then you. It is not rocket science FFS.
Why are these idiots employed to TALK over the F*CKING phone and not be able to SPEAK a lick of english? Must just be cheap labor.
They are infested everywhere now! Internet, electricity, phone, bank, bla, bla. All these companies I use are all Australian owned but yet they employ people that can barely communicate with there customers. And they get angry at me when I say "I can not understand you, get me an Australian".
Man who else is having problems like this? Can't just be me!
