Google, Amazon, Facebook, Twitter, your smart phone, your smart t.v. your Alexa, other household appliances, your own government, foreign goverments, your banks, credit card companies. There are just so many groups collecting data and watching us that it's hard to determine the biggest brother.

The biggest brother is Google.
Second biggest is the Chinese government.
Third biggest is Facebook.
Fourth is the NSA.
Fifth is Vladimir Putin.

The Government as usual. As much as Facebook controls your newsfeed the goverment runs everything else and that's fine as long as they are like referees on the field. Just making sure we dont kill eachother.
