There are distinct biological patterns that amount to each particular race which was determined by the climate and habitat. Those things are mosly innate, hereditary and are subject to change only to an extent. Intelligence, for example, is 80% hereditary and environment has very little influence on the congnitive developement of an individual.
I know this is difficult to grasp for someone like you who's been indoctrinated by the system to renounce reality and embrace eternal guilt, but just try for once to remove your rose tinted glasses and see the world for what it is. It's for your own good.
Just for the record, saying intelligence is 80% hereditary isn't the same as saying that 80% of a person (or group's) intelligence is due to genetics.
It means that 80% of the *variation* in intelligence within a specific population - (usually white middle-class people, for heritability studies, as it happens) - is due to genetics. The other 20% due to environmental factors.
So, the difference between the dumbest and smartest person in a group is 60% - 80% due to genetic difference, 20% environmental difference ..but even then, people dispute this.
And if you think environment has little influence on individual cognitive development, just imagine a child raised in a cardboard box, or a kid raised by wolves. It's going to have a pretty big impact...
I'm not commenting on race relations, I don't really care. This is purely a comment on the statistic, that - the way it was presented seems pretty misleading to me.

The young blacks you talk about are vastly outnumbered by another example of that same race that begins with the letter "N".....
I'm sorry it's just the way it is. Differences between races extend beyond just skin color. Attitudes and cultures are VASTLY different as well.
Pretending otherwise is just that....pretending.
