I used to get them before I had my tonsils out and my gf still gets them. My mom actually took me to the emergency room (she's crazy but that's another story).
But anyway they are from food getting stuck in holes in your tonsils, kind of at the back corners. They turn white because your body tries to attack them. Get your tonsils out. I don't want to gross anyone else out, but get a q-tip and try to poke them out.
You are right shamwow is dumb but I'm sure he doesn't even know it.
Shamwow I have an advice for you, if you have nothing nice to say then don't say a thing. No one wants to hear your comments if you are using language like that.
