Sir in my penis few white spot. This is become just one day. Pls tells me that how can I handle it.it is can not about because one day when I bathing I use soap in penis side.

    penile pearly papules are normal.if that is what you are talking about. there may be a way to remove them for cosmetic reasons but that isn't needed.
