  • It really depends on the application. Definitely white for grilled cheese and sub roals. A nutty oatmeal multi grain is nice for peanut butter sandwiches and cold turkey sandwiches, but never a club sandwich since its toasted. There are places for pumpernicle and rye as well but i suppose that's a seperate convo altogether.

    • White bread is good for a grilled cheese sandwich with mayo, or a multi-cheese sandwich; cheddar, swiss, and provolone with mayo. Whole wheat bread is better for like a turkey and ham sandwich with the works; tomato, onion, lettuce, olives, pickles, mustard, mayo, vinegar, salt and pepper, and green peppers.
