White bumps on my penis!

I have little white bumps on the underside of my penis. They look very similar to whiteheads and if I squeeze them, puss will come out just like a pimple. They don't itch/burn/anything bad. They're just like clogged pores. They come and go and they're not very noticeable at all but they're definitely there and definitely have puss inside.. Should I be concerned? Is this normal?
