Whistling nose?

Often I notice that my nose will make a high pitched whistle when I breath through it... Also much more air comes out on one side than the other... I've tried blowing my nose which seems to make it worse if I get everything out...

Is this normal?

It happens to me if I blow my nose to hard and too much. Its very uncomfortable but I can always get to feel better depending on how I massage my nose.

Ever have the trap door boogers...the ones that flap in and out when you breath

Agreed with the above. It could also be a deviated septum or some other bony or cartilage abnormality that exists within the nasal cavity. An xray will be needed for clinical correlation. I would recommend you see your doctor if it is not the foreign body as previously suggested.

Maybe you have a booger clogged or nose hair that bends the air in a way it whistles.
