I am brushing my teeth since 8. Till now I have learnt how to brush, floss and rinse my teeth.
I have a basic cheap toothbrush and I have realized that I love having electric.
Being low on budget I have come across two models.
1. Red electric toothbrush.
2. Blue electric toothbrush.
The models fit in my budget but its all the money I have.
I would be grateful if you help me choose the right model for me.
Assuming all other points about these two toothbrushes are equal I would suggest that you pick the color you prefer, dear heart. I have a white Sonicare toothbrush and I love it! I didn't pick that particular toothbrush because it was white in color, but rather because it was a Sonicare toothbrush, and a model that I could afford at that. I would also highly recommend that you floss your teeth regularly, and even use Listerine mouthwash afterwards.

On an ideal day of good oral hygiene my routine is to first rinse my mouth for about a minute with Plax antiplaque mouthwash, brush my teeth with my Sonicare toothbrush, floss my teeth, possibly brush my teeth a second time and gargle with a Listerine fluoride mouthwash, and ideally I would do this two or three times a day.
