    This is gunna sound so boring, but I'd have immune from illnesses.
    I pick up colds so easily and have hay-fever 2 seasons of the year. It's seriously miserable.
    I just want to breathe through my nose and taste properly again without tablets.

      have you tried Astra 8, it's an immune tonic, a lot of people say it works well.
