    I would have said Mario RPG if it was on the list, but out of these I would say Super Mario World.

    I voted Super Mario World. I kinda loved Mario 2 & 3 too though. Mario 2 was actually called doki doki panic in Japan.

      I believe in Japan their Mario 2 is our Mario Lost Levels. I think that makes more sense because our Mario 2 doesn't really flow with 1 thru Mario World. It's a pretty bizarre game compared to the rest.

        Ugh lost levels was hard.
        I loved how you had to unearth carrots and stuff and throw them at enemies in our Mario 2.

    I love all of them up to and including Mario 64. 1 and 2 are too short to make it to favorite status.

    I pick Super Mario World for my favorite.

    You forgot Mario RPG, which is a great game but tedious. I used to have it almost beat but somehow my file got erased and I just do not have the motivation to build it back up. Oh, Paper Mario too!

    I have New Super Mario Wii and I love the game but it's SO fucking hard. I have been stuck in 4 for a while now and I end up getting so frustrated I just put the game away for another 6 months. Haha. Mario Galaxy is too hard too. I wish there was an easier mode because it should be fun, not rage-inducing.

      Mario Galaxy is my favorite 3D Mario game. In my opinion, it's better than Mario 64 in basically all areas. Better music, better controls, better story, better graphics, better worlds, etc. Also the space physics enhance the experience a lot. Mario 64 pales in comparison. But don't get me wrong, it's also a fantastic game, but Mario Galaxy is just in another league. Also Super Mario World is definitely the best 2D Mario game. But they can't really be compared because 2D and 3D Mario games are completely different things.
