Oh, then there's also the problem of people who are on probation, parole or being supervised by DHS-those people can't use ANY intoxicants, legal or not. So...if they fail drug tests, obviously they go back to jail/prison or in the case of DHS, can't see thier kids. So...that affects society in general whether weed is legal or not, as it will NEVER be ok for those people in those situations to use it. It's FAR from problem-free.
