Where I live, it's African American people that are the most racist. They've given me crap many times over how whites treated blacks over a hundred years ago. I'm not even white. I may look it, but I'm Puerto Rican. I had nothing to do with any of the things that happened in the past.

Neither did the majority of white people alive today.
Also, Puerto Rican isn't an ethnicity, and most people (76%) in Puerto Rico are white and are descended from the Spanish who colonised the island in 1493 and enslaved the native population (The Taino people).
They also used African slaves for hundreds of years until 1873, when slavery was abolished (although African slaves still had to buy their freedom!). That was decades after the US abolished slavery, and 62 years after Spain abolished slavery (1811) from its mainland.
So you're probably white (caucasian) and your descendants probably enslaved people. As mentioned, Puerto Rico has a long association with slavery.
Does that mean you should feel guilty? No. We shouldn't be held responsible for the actions of our ancestors, especially based on race.
But you pretending you're somehow less culpable than the whitest of white people - which in turn implies the whiter you are, the guiltier you are - is splitting hairs and isn't a great defence against black people you know giving you shit.

honestly, I have to say middle easterner's, and I'm surprised many others haven't said the same. They tend to absolutely hate what they call "westerners". In some of their countries though they find weapons made in countries like USA though blowing up places, so this causes part of it and stuff, anyways it's complicated

No I don't think you're getting my point.
Westerners aren't a racial group. It's a term applied to people from 'The West', commonly applied to the countries and cultures of Western Europe and North America.
There are people from The West who are ethnically white, black, asian etc.
It's not racist to hate Westerners for ideological reasons, and - for the most part - hatred towards The West from Middle East Asians is fuelled by Islamic extremism, a cultural superiority complex and/or disagreements about foreign policy (bluntly, military campaigns conducted by Western countries within the Middle East).

I don't think the break down in the options is that great:
Native Americans lumped together with Inuits (makes no sense ethnically)
Indians being lumped together with people from the Middle East (they're both Asian, yet Asia is a separate option - also who says 'Middle Eastener'?)
I think OP might not know much about ethnic groups or geography.
