Some of our presidents have really party down in the white house with lots of blow with other world leaders and elite politicians and Fed bankers . So who do you think was tweaking during most of their government service?

    They asked Clinton if he ever smoked pot and he said he never inhaled. Yeah, right. They asked George bush if he ever did cocaine and he wouldn't answer the question. That's because people saw them both do it and they would have been caught in a lie. They all partied but I doubt Reagan did. too conservative. Probably drank though.

      Yes. I think it's a tie between Kennedy like you said, and Clinton. I always thought Clinton seemed to have the most partying tendencies after the Monica Lewinsky thing.

    I think its the president with the most white house fence jumpers. the secrete service is told who gets on the lawn to send a message to the president do as we tell you or you die. that causes a lot of stress . And im sure drugs take the edge off.
