I always thought it would be cool to have a pet duck living inside :D Unfortunately that would be somewhat impractical, and I don't think the duck would like it much either :(
There's man I sometimes see walking to school who walks his pet ferret around town on a lead. That sounds good too.

[Old Memory]
You would have loved my pet duck (a female mallard) if you'd have met her, she was so adorable. And, yes, she was an indoor duck. She loved to snuggle and would make a soft whawhawhawhawha noise and sort of click her bill in a way that was like she was grinding her teeth. She would follow me everywhere, but she would sleep in her crate at night.

Hard to choose between cats and dogs. I love my cats but sometimes I get the feeling they think they are better than everything else and only act cute when they want something, they are characters though. My dog however was incredibly loving and loyal, she would be by the door waging her tail and doing her attempt at a smile to greet you home. On second thoughts i'm going with dogs
