I'm not the OP, but I think the OP meant something like: "people who are on the other side of the spiritual line to yourself, whether you are an atheist person or a religious person" or "people who are excessively defensive about their faith or lack thereof". You don't need two options for religion and atheism because there is an assumption that the reason you might hate either is because of their spiritual position relative to your own (making each option the same thing), not because of their meaning within a bubble (in that case, yes, there would be a need to have two different options).
Jesus christ calm down! Im actualy starting to think your trying to push hard on this one little 'fault' in my post... For what reason i dont even know. I mean seriously ive got me and two others telling you what i ment yet you STILL insist that its wrong and that it ment something else.

If that is what he meant by it, then it should have read "theists or atheists."
"Religion/atheism" implies you're annoyed by the belief system,or lack there of.
Regardless of what he intended to mean, what he wrote implied something else.
