Id say it depends on moderation. Heroin if taken orally for pain can be pretty safe but it is addictive. Its similar to morphine but if you take it everyday until you die its not that bad for you aside from constipation. The real danger is the withdrawals
Cigarettes are very unhealthy even one cigarette a day. Its tied between heroin and cigarettes. If taken in excess heroin is much worse but if you're taking in moderation for the rest of your life cigarettes are worse.
True but they actually prescribe heroine in the UK for pain. Its still a pain killer thats similar to morphine. Great for people with serious pain or terminal illness. It does have its uses.
