Which of these world class cities do you think would be the best fit?

Let me just cut to the chase and say I'm an adult male with autism looking for a place to start over that has a wide dating pool and lots of culture. Now pay close attention! These are world class cities. I have them there for a reason other than those I just mentioned. It's also cheap to live there. I don't want to live in the Anglosphere, either. Now before anyone runs off on tangents and starts recommending Montreal, Glasgow, and other places that aren't on the list, I'm gonna state again that I don't want to live in the Anglosphere. That means forget about anywhere in North America, Europe, or Australia.

Lima 1
Bogota 1
Buenos Aires 2
Manila 1
Mexico City 0
Jakarta 1
Bangkok 5
Kuala Lumpur 2

You are aware that the only countries in Europe which have English as an official language are the England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands (a small group of islands in the English Channel, around 200 miles north of the Brest peninsula), right?

You could happily live in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, The Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Bosnia, Croatia, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria or just about anywhere on the European continent without speaking a word of English.

Seems a bit unfair to totally rule out so many beautiful countries just because of an apparent fear of Anglican culture (or lack thereof).

PS: Due to the Channel Islands' proximity to France, French is also an official language of the Channel Islands as well as English

Try the Anglosphere, at least the water doesn’t give you diarrhea, just the food 😆

It's too damn expensive to live in the Anglosphere. That's one of the things I have against it.

I voted for the only one I’ve visited, Bangkok. People there seemed to have pretty decent English, but I stayed in the more touristy area so take that with a pinch of salt. I will warn you though it gets incredibly hot and if you don’t look Thai the scammers will pounce on you constantly so do thorough research into their methods before you go.

I think your experience would also be dependent on how much money you have. I have friends who were born and raised in Bangkok who barely speak a word of the local language because they lived in the rich bubble. Amazing schools and access to good health care. Most of them are very successful people now.

Poor people don't always get on so well there. They aren't allowed anywhere near the decent schools or hospitals. Poverty is an issue.

Try Canada. Better to be in a place where you can at least talk to the local populace with some ease.

I wouldnt travel now with the whole covid situation going down. If you fly to New Zealand they'll lock you up for 14 days just making sure you dont have it.

Same over here in Oz. Our borders are closed to anyone who isn't a citizen. And NZ were talking about letting us into their exclusive little "no covid" club and allowing travel between us, but then Melbourne had an outbreak and now that's all fucked.

Isolation isnt a solution its just prolonging the inevitable of a pretty harmless virus. Even with 150 ish thousand deaths here in the USA that isnt that bad truth be told mainly because it just effects the people who could kick the bucket due to the normal seasonal flu just at a higher infectious rate.

You're not wrong there mate. Everyone is going to get it at some point. I honestly think they should just open everything up and get on with life.
