Perhaps if a virus, a really nasty one, wipes out 2/3rds of the world's population we wouldn't need to worry about all that.
Wouldn't that be an easier solution? Because, if you honestly think the human race is smart enough to limit the population on this planet, then you belong in a nut house.
There is no hope for mankind; we are doomed to self-extinction.
