Which of these european cities should i visit?

I want to visit one of these cities, but its so hard to choose. :/ Please help me out!

    I've worked in Madrid, Zurich, London, and Göteborg. If I were you, I would stay away from Paris.

    London is filled with mutts, warm beer, and bad teeth.
    Paris is full of terrorists and snooty Parisians, good food and wine.
    Rome is decent but the city center is filthy. Good sightseeing.

    London would probably be the simpler option, assuming you're American. But there are plenty of English speaking people in Rome and Paris as well.
