I live in Canada but it's getting real fucked up with all the illegals crossing our border from the States. Double that with our PM's wreckless spending by giving millions and billions to Islamic countries and it's a mess. A move to Australia or New Zealand would be great if I could afford it.

the problem with Trudeau isn’t the world aid. It’s his spending on a pipeline that will destroy the environment. Trudeau, however, supports immigration which is a positive thing. Canada is much more progressive than the United States and we should be grateful for that. This is why Americans are coming here. Here in Canada we don’t tend to consider people “illegals”

It's also weirdly easy to change your gender on your ID there. I heard it's illegal to refuse to call someone by their rediculous pronouns.

Gender dysphoria is real! It’s biological and is a real condition. The hormones being produced in your body don’t match your physical characteristics or chromosomes. Basically you are neurologically one gender while your body is another gender. Your brain is consistent with tendencies and certain hormone levels of the gender you believe yourself to be. The condition can also lead to suicide because people like you are ignorant :( which really sucks. The laws were put in place not for you. They don’t affect you. You probably don’t even know any trans people.

I have to agree with that - and I live in Australia. People seem to think Aussies are all friendly (if perhaps a bit blunt, dim and alcoholic as well) but in reality...
We're not particularly outgoing people. Most definitely won't make any effort to get to know you. Eg. Say you're at a party with people you don't know, you'll basically be ignored. People won't be interested in you or ask questions about you. And generally, our manners aren't so great either.
Also, we can be very tactless. No sense of when to hold back; Aussies will just blurt out whatever thought enters their head, which can be rude and insensitive sometimes.
Obviously there are lots of exceptions, not everyone is like that. And other places/cultures can be like that too. It's just that the "friendly Aussie bloke/sheila" reputation is undeserved.
And we have a high suicide rate, I think. It's not that great a place, really.
Sorry for the rant, I was just glad to see a realistic view of what Australians are actually like.
People who migrate here shouldn't expect an easy transition, culturally, imo.As for "free and relaxed", Australians do things by the book even when it makes no sense. Absolute rule-followers.... but this is becoming a legit rant now so I'll stop!!!

Canada is from what I got taking it too far when it comes to going along with people's imaginary pronouns.
Australia seems dangerous with all the beasts.
America is a third world country with constant natural disasters, an uncivilized culture and essentially guns for every lunatic in the country. Also deadly animals.
Ireland seems pretty cosy if you ask me. No deadly animals, people are pretty nice usually and no natural disasters. Also barely any wasps and I hate those, lol. Mosquitos are rare too.
The only downside to Ireland was the abortion thing but that's legalised now. I may be biased x)

IMHO, Australia has a higher quality of life by far. It's a classless society where everyone is friendly with everyone. In Canada, you can own hunting rifles and tell people to get fucked. So Canada gives you freedom, liberty, and frigid weather to get rid of low intelligence people. Canadian taxes are nasty. They inherit a few other problems because they border the U.S.

Yes, they have very poisonous spiders and snakes. If you can't handle that, you'll never be recognized as tough enough to drink with yer mates. Just get one of those knives like Crocodile Dundee had. They make 'em in a pretty pink color for the ladies too.

You might like Australia after all. You can't own guns but you can lease them during hunting season. One other thing. Deadly poisonous spiders aren't that bad. Long ago, when I was working in Canberra, the women found a red back spider in the computer room. They trapped it with a clear soda cup and taped paper to the bottom of the cup.
Then they but him on display at the front desk. Everyone walking by said affectionate and sympathetic things to the deadly little guy. The effort made week more interesting. Good on ya, girls.
