    Most people would have chosen both, but that wouldn't have been as telling as having to pick one or the other. I think it's more interesting as it is :)

    I agree with disthing. The only reason I answered the way I did was because it's easier. If I had to choose one or the other then I'm not so sure. I'd like to think I'm a giver, but I think my answer is similar to dom's.

I am a giver who tries to remember to take from time to time. If you always give, and never take, you are preventing another person from giving. I enjoy giving as it makes me feel good. I do not want to take that feeling away from someone else.

So I will glady take that cup of hot cocoa and give you one next week. :)

I try to give as much as I can. But I'm also in a position where I can't help but take a lot more than I feel comfortable with. So I don't know.

I'm a giver. I feel very guilty about taking and the only time I'm okay with it is if I'm taking my fair share or less.

It's simplistic but I think if everyone either took less than they gave, or took the same as they gave, the world would... hmm... okay, I'm veering into Communism again, aren't I? I'll shut up now.

I'd say giver. If I ever have spare cash I don't mind paying for my friends meals. Also I'd like to believe that I'm the kind of friend that is there for people, thus giving my time.

However, I take from people though. Maybe I'm both but I'd like to believe I'm a giver.

I'm a giver. I feel very awkward taking. It's not natural for me. I like the feeling I get when I give something or give my time.

I'd say I'm a giver. I hate relying on other people, but don't mind when they rely on me.

I know some takers though. There are a few people that want shit from me, but never do anything for me in return. Eventually, I'll get fed up with them and stop giving until I too can take.
