Jeeze...out of your list, I guess I would chose breaking bad. Supernatural looks like utter fucking shit. House of cards is ok; I actually didn't get past a few episodes because it was overly contrived. Breaking bad...the first season or so, fucking amazing, after that the plot gets a bit ridiculous...I guess my biggest problem with that show was that I didn't sympathize with a single character after the first season.
Walking dead is if course my favorite. Orange is the new black was really fucking good. Dexter and Californication are pretty good; so is archer....BUT the best fucking show I've ever watched on netflix, by miles and miles is the French version of "the returned." Omfg it was so amazing- so dark, so creepy! They tried to do some bullshit American spin of that sucked.
Yeah I agree with what you said about Breaking Bad, I had my reservations about it after season 1 but people kept telling me it got better. I got to the end of season 3 where I lost complete interest. I found all the characters to be unlikeable, their actions reprehensible and I just didn't understand their motivations anymore. That was probably the point of the show, their descent into the drug world and the consequences of that on their lives and personality, but it was done in such a ridiculous way which wasn't entertaining for me, just uncomfortable. We must be in the minority on this because it's been phenomenally popular and has won so many emmys.
