I've lived in the USA, the UK (Scotland and Wales), and Italy long-term. My wife is Dutch, and we visit regularly, so I know quite a bit about The Netherlands.
My perception is that all those countries have positive and negative aspects.
Anyone who proclaims one country to be "The Best" is only expressing personal preference, and very likely demonstrating their ignorance and a rigid mindset.
Saying, "The USA is the best country in the world!" is as meaningless as saying, "My grandma makes the best meatloaf in the world!"
It is difficult to speak about so many places and all the implications this has but to condense everything, there is a much greater importance put on the community than the individual.
To give some examples of this, there is an extreme amount of respect practiced regularly by everyone, and there is humility for those who have less. People in general are more happy especially in countries that have not had as much colonization. People don't live with as much social pressures to become glamorous or influential and instead are more concerned about their family and community which lead to more fulfillment. Eastern religions are also not as focused on the self outside of Hinduism in India, and promote giving to others in ways even more strongly than in Abrahamic religions. People are living with less fear and value having fun and again are so much more generous and kind. There is nothing better inherently about being Asian but the norms in society are far more polite and in many countries friendly than in Europe or USA.
