Option A, then realize it didn't make a difference and now you're alone.
The way I see it, you can visit your family. I wouldn’t want to be unhappy for the rest of my life though.
You will make new friends and find new love interest in your new country - as long as you're a decent person. Unlikely if your a jerk.
The goal is to have no regrets when you die.... A life of unhappiness is not going to get you that.
Just be sure that you research things first and are sure of certain things. For example: It is very difficult for immigrants to get good jobs in Germany. I had a friend who was very frustrated in that she could not get a job in her field while in Germany (she went over due to a guy she met who lived there) and returned to the US after 4 years.

A in the hypothetical situation, but you can never be more sure that both situations will pan out that way in reality. Your happiness is not guaranteed if you move, nor is your sadness guaranteed if you stay.
I just read about New Ireland yesterday. It’s an island off of Papua New Guinea and it looks super dope but not overdone with tourists. I’m about it.

Hell no, I have a beautiful, flawed, but still beautiful country, where my parents and most of my friends live. A country with magnificent weather, beautiful nature and everything else to make me feel good and cut down on my drinking.
