Which form of rape is worse? (serious poll)

We all know that women have a higher chance of getting raped. Awhile back I heard a girl say "men, how would you like it if a stranger overpowered you and shoved a dick inside you." The response was "That's different."

It got me thinking about the two. What's worse a man being raped by a man or a woman being raped by a man?

Women being raped: Women have half the strength men have. They're weaker. It's kind of hard to fight the oppressor when he's stronger than you. It's mentally scarring, a realization that the world isn't that safe. Some victims never trust men afterwords. But the counter is that it's less scarring for a woman because at least most women are mentally prepared for the feeling of penetration.

Men being raped: The counter at the start is that men are stronger and at least have a fighting chance. There are more stories of a guy getting grabbed and beating the shit out of the creep than a guy getting grabbed then getting raped. Assuming that he doesn't fight him off there's a whole new level of psychological trauma. The fear of rape normally never crosses their mind so no mental preparation. Another plus to the men's strength is revenge. If the creep drugged you find him and beat him, an option women generally don't have.

And there's the opinion that it's equally bad for both genders. For the victim rape has nothing to do with sex, it's just an attack. They're still overpowered and invaded. Normally too ashamed to tell anyone.

Don't chime in with other forms of rape being worse like pedophilia, gang bangs, women raping men, or correctional rape. My question is more like "of the ones listed below which is worse?"
