I went to public school up until the last 2 years of GCSE level education. Then I was home-schooled, which was good. The only downside to it is that I met only a couple of other home-schoolers at a GCSE help group I went to. I have only met about 4 girls outside of school too. Most of my friends are from my previous school years.
I definitely prefer it to school though, where I learned pretty much nothing other than how much I hated the education system here in England.
