I think it depends on what you're interested in. You can't study abroad without picking up on the language and culture of a place. What language(s) do you like? What culture(s) do you find fascinating? What food(s) do you enjoy? But most importantly, which of the listed places do you think you could learn the most in, and thoroughly enjoy it?
