I believe that Zelda Link to the Past is the greatest game of all time. They did so much with so little! Same for Super Mario World, Donkey Kong country - such tiny little memory cards, a handful of colours and sounds and they made those awesome games! They felt so full and rich. Great picture, great music, immersive gameplay. Never ceases to amaze me. I love modern games too but it seems less magical because they have so much to work with now
Yeah! I didn't forget, there was just too many to mention. Super Metroid is great. Castlevania was excellent too. I was really bad at that game though. I remember having to get my big bro to do the bosses for me haha
